We provide optional equipment orientation and accessibility-readiness support for individual renters and hospitality partners—helping travelers feel more confident with their mobility equipment and helping the places that welcome them feel better prepared to support their needs.
Want a little extra guidance with your rental? Our optional one-on-one Equipment & Safety Orientation is available for customers, family members, and travel companions who would like additional personalized support with their Bell Mobility Rentals mobility scooter, wheelchair, or rollator.

Bell Mobility Rentals offers on-location Accessibility Readiness Orientations designed specifically for hospitality teams. These educational sessions introduce staff to mobility scooters, wheelchairs, and rollators while addressing practical considerations that may arise when a guest travels with or rents mobility equipment during their stay.

Accessibility needs don't always arise before a guest arrives. Bell Mobility Rentals can serve as a local resource when a guest needs temporary mobility assistance during their stay.
Our focused rental fleet of mobility scooters, wheelchairs, and rollators can be delivered directly to participating hotels, resorts, and other hospitality properties throughout our service area, with pickup coordinated at the end of the rental.
Our goal is to make the process easier for both the guest and the property—from selecting appropriate equipment to coordinating delivery and return.
